Had a lovely stay at Swiss-Belhotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with a great pool view. Loved the eco-friendly water refill stations! Just wished the gym was a bit brighter. Overall, a solid choice for a night before flying out!

The hand shower handle was broken, the main shower head was blocked, causing quite the inconvenience for anyone trying to freshen up. Additionally, the room felt a bit worn and needed better upkeep to meet basic expectations.

Request a room on the higher floors for a better view and less noise from the street.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the airport and close to shops and eateries. I appreciated the extensive buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options. The pools were inviting, especially the children’s pool which was perfect for my little ones. The staff were attentive, quickly handling our requests. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but we did experience an issue with the air conditioning not working initially. After notifying the reception multiple times, maintenance came to help, but it took longer than expected. Eventually, we moved to a new room that was much better. Also, the Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.

The attentive staff went above and beyond during my stay, especially when they arranged transportation for me to a nearby hospital after I injured my finger.

The room was comfy and had a great vibe. Kinda liked the bar area, perfect for chillin' after a day out. I had a minor hiccup with the fridge, it was a bit loud, but didn't spoil the fun. The pool was nice and clean too. Really close to the airport, so super convenient!
